Sager Classical Academy (SCA) is a shared-responsibility school offering classical, Christian education in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The teachers are the heart of our academy, bringing to life our curriculum, which centers on the true, good, and beautiful. Each classroom is intentionally small with an average of 12 students, so that teachers have the opportunity to create relationships in which they can pursue wisdom alongside their students. SCA invests in our teachers with professional development opportunities and financial incentives for consecutive years of work.

Our lower school (PreK-6) is a 4 or 5 day-a-week, half-day model. Depending on the class being taught, teachers work Monday through Thursday (PreK-2) or Monday through Friday (3-6) between 7:30 am and 12:45 pm. Teachers are required to attend school functions, professional development, and administrative meetings, which will usually occur outside of those hours.

Sager Classical Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin in administration of educational policies, admissions policies, financial policies, employment policies, and any other school-administered programs.
